COVID-19 MEETING PROTOCOL

1. You cannot have any symptoms of a cold, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or feeling unwell at the time of the appointment. (If you are experiencing any symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment. To reschedule, you must obtain clearance from your physician or have had no symptoms for 14 days before your scheduled appointment.)

2. You must inform Father Hunter if you have traveled out of state within the last 14 days before your appointment. (Where did you travel? How long were you out of state?) Father Hunter will review your answers and contact you before your meeting.

3. You cannot come to your appointment if you are currently living with a family member who has tested positive for COVID-19 or a family member who is currently quarantined in the same house.

4. Meetings via Zoom are available upon request.

5. At this time, no additional guests or children are allowed at the time of your appointment.

6. Father Hunter is taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our St. Roch communityvand its visitors.
